Position Title: Account Manager

Location: Clarkston, MI (Onsite)

Position Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their insurance needs are met with exceptional service. This onsite role at our Clarkston office requires strong client relationship skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of personal and business insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage renewals, policy change endorsements, and servicing of insurance policies.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their coverage.
• Assist clients through the claims process.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with agency and industry regulations.
• Educate clients on their insurance policies and coverage options.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
• Active Michigan insurance license.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and business insurance products.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software (experience with EZLynx preferred).

Benefits:

• Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission
